At Big Behaviours, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our training courses, workbooks and printable resources. Please read our shipping and returns policy before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Online Training

Our digital products include downloadable printables, educational resources, online training courses and other electronically delivered materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been purchased.

This includes circumstances where you no longer require the product, have purchased the incorrect resource or have not accessed or completed the training.

Physical Workbooks and Printed Resources

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on physical workbooks or printed resources.

Please carefully review product descriptions and details before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Australia Only: Physical products are express shipped (free) from Perth WA to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal services, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing or has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

Digital products are delivered electronically through downloadable files, and access to our online training platform. You will recieve an email with login instructions and quicklinks to get started straight away. Please ensure your email address is correct when purchasing or registering.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
