Vision | Mission | Values
core beliefs:
We are all created in God’s image – whether neurotypical, neurodivergent, or living with a disability.
God has a unique plan and purpose for every single person. No one is a mistake. Neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities are not “less than” – they are fearfully and wonderfully made, with their own gifts, strengths, personalities, and perspectives.
If they’re not a mistake…
If they’re not less than…
If they have a purpose…
Then it’s our responsibility to interact, love and support them in a way that reflects this truth.
Let’s equip ourselves to nurture these people well – to see beyond behaviours and appearances, and truly understand who they are. Let’s make it our mission to see them as God sees them, and love them as He loves them.
Let love be your highest goal! 1 Corinthians 14:1
vision:
Advocating for people who see, process and experience the world differently by empowering parents, carers and educators to see the person, not the behaviour.
mission:
We create training and printables for parents, teachers and carers to learn and grow by:
- understanding themselves
- understanding others
- understanding big behaviours and what they are communicating
and in doing so we hope to promote calm and happy environments where relationships thrive.
values:
- That ALL people are to be seen, heard, valued and loved
- To keep learning and growing
- To lead by example
- To be real
