This course is designed to help us understand big behaviours — not to condone, correct, or judge them. Our goal isn’t to fix the person, but to gently explore what is being communicated beneath the behaviour.

From there, we can learn how to share our calm, not join their chaos — and respond in ways that support regulation, connection, and safety for everyone involved.
